The Oceania Taekwon-Do Federation has been revitalised at the request of the ITF Secretary General, Grand Master Loboda.
As part of this renewal, a new Constitution was drafted to comply with Sport New Zealand’s governance guidelines and the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. The Constitution was formally adopted at a General Meeting held in June 2026.
While we are rebuilding from modest beginnings, we are committed to rebuilding and strengthening the Oceania region. Our first priority is to help re-establish a strong Taekwon-Do organisation in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
